What IsIndorse Token (IND)?

Indorse Token (IND) is the native token of the Indorse platform, which is an enterprise solutions provider powered by blockchain technology. Enterprise companies hire Indorse platform to innovate, build great tech teams, upskill their employees, etc. As per its whitepaper, the platform has different roles within the Indorse ecosystem like Code Validators, Decentralized Referral Agents, token holders, and Indorse corporate identity.

Code Validators are the expert software developers associated with the platform that conduct code reviews on the code projects submitted by individual or enterprise clients. The validators are selected as per the predefined criteria, and their activity levels are monitored to incentivize them accordingly. Code Validators' activity is tracked via various statistics like the number of successfully completed validation projects, positive feedback by the client for the service, the timeframe of services, and qualitative assessment of their services.

A Decentralized Referral Agent (DRA) is a newly introduced role within the system. These agents can be individuals or organizations and are responsible for generating more business for the company as a whole. DRAs are incentivized for mainly two types of services: referring new companies/businesses who wish to get code reviews done or referring new code validators to the Indorse ecosystem.

Indorse ecosystem also seeks to create liquidity pools on different decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and for this purpose, various IND token pairs are listed on different exchanges. The liquidity providers add liquidity to the pools. Users can stake their tokens to add liquidity by depositing them to the Indorse staking smart contract. Code Validators and DRAs are also required to stake a minimum number of tokens to keep their role status active on the platform.

Indorse also is governed by a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) wherein major IND token holders, including the founders' team, can vote on the proposals for change to the protocol.

The platform also is coming up with a strategy-based metaverse NFT play-to-earn game BlockBots with 3D avatars.

History of Indorse Token (IND)

Indorse was one of the early pioneers in the blockchain industry and was launched in September 2017. After working with renowned enterprise clients, the platform introduced various upgrades into the system to keep up with the latest technological advancements in the blockchain industry.
