War of Tribes (WOTG) is an online MMORPG (massive multiplayer online role-playing game) player versus player game aiming to allow players to build their characters, earn rewards, and obtain unique NFTs (non-fungible tokens). The players can earn rewards by participating in battle arenas and battleground matches with specific objectives. The network offers four playable races a player can choose from: humans, elves, trolls, and orcs. Each race seeks to possess unique abilities and advantages.
As per the whitepaper, the users get four playable classes to choose from, such as Warrior, Shaman, Hunter, and Wizard. Each class contains its gameplay and abilities. Here, Warriors are close-combat masters. Shamans can heal and use spells and small weapons to fight their opponents. Hunters are the masters of long-distance fights with arrows and crossbows and setting traps. Wizards use magic and different spells to destroy their enemies.
Each race represents its tribe in the battlegrounds and player-on-player arenas. The game's goal is to acquire as much land and resources for the tribe allowing players to gain passive rewards, acquire land, and build NFTs. The network aims to enable players to customize, level up, and develop the character and later trade it as a valuable NFT.
Further, the platform has WOTG as the native utility token used as a primary means of reward in the game. The match winners earn WOTG tokens, in-game NFTs, and honor points. With the network's play-to-earn feature, players can win tournaments and arena battles to get WOTC tokens. They can also beat other teams and players for rare NFT and item drops.
Furthermore, players can secure their team's spot on the winning table after winning arena battles; however, player ranking intends to drop once a match is lost. At the end of the tournament season, the number one team seeks to gain sixty percent of the prize pool, the second winning team thirty percent, and the third team ten percent.
