What is Ambire AdEx (ADX)?
Ambire AdEx is a blockchainprotocol that facilitates the trading of advertising space. AdEx connects publishers and advertisers with the end-users by removing the necessity for intermediaries. According to the whitepaper, Ambire AdEx is an open-source and transparent advertisement network that aims to reduce ad frauds and protect user privacy. AdEx aims to verify the occurrence of an advertisement so that any network user can identify false data. The platform combines peer-to-peer technology with the blockchain network.
AdEx’s mission is to introduce real-time tracking and reporting by every advertiser and publisher. This mission to enable every user to track data, coupled with the reduced need for intermediaries, would prevent a user from reporting fraudulent data to others for financial gain.
Using the functionalities of the AdEx network, validators are identified once an advertisement campaign is proposed. These identified validators then notify the other validators across the network so that the campaign is set in motion. Publishers can keep track of events, such as network traffic, in real-time utilizing the integrated services of the AdEx platform. The publishers can also be made aware of the user's impression of their advertisements. User impressions help the publishers to generate revenue at every stage of the advertising campaign.
The AdEx protocol uses the AdEx Core framework to facilitate consensus activities within the network. The platform assists in the implementation of AdEx technology that ensures funds are exchanged between publishers and advertisers. Features of the AdEx Core include assisting publishers to draw their yield at any point of time. The AdEx Core further allows off-chain negotiations, keeping data secure, and enabling multiple publishers to execute one advertisement campaign.
ADX is the native ERC-20token of the Ambire AdEx platform. Publishers and advertisers can sign up on the AdEx network using the ADX token. Users can become a validator on the network by staking their held ADX token.

The AdEx platform was launched in February 2018. The team of AdEx includes Ivo Georgiev(CEO), Dimo Stoyanov(COO), Vanina Ivanova(CMO), and Ivo Paunov(Core Developer).
