What Is Moonshot (MOONSHOT)?
Moonshot describes itself as a deflationary, self-regenerating automated liquidity offering protocol that gives the holders fixed rewards. Moonshot claims to be a fully community-driven cryptocurrency that was launched on the Binance smart chain. Moonshot originated as a reward token for those who stayed with the project for a long time. This means the longer the users retain the Moonshot token, the more coins they gain.
In the world of cryptocurrency where there are a lot of charts and candle chasing, Moonshot aims to be a source of entertainment and utility.
The native token of the protocol is “MOONSHOT”. The whitepaper mentions that Moonshot uses is a frictionless yield and liquidity creation smart contract that charges a 10 percent fee on every transaction. This fee is charged regardless of whether the transaction is a buy, sell, or a transfer from wallet to wallet. This charge is divided into two parts, each of which serves a different purpose.
Wallets holding Moonshot tokens receive 40 percent of the transaction cost (4 percent of the entire transaction value). The amount of Moonshot tokens received by each wallet is proportionate to the percentage of the total Moonshot balance held in that wallet.
The Pancake Swap liquidity pool receives the remaining 60 percent of the transaction charge (6 percent of the overall transaction value). The liquidity provided to the Liquidity Pool fosters price stability by contributing 6 percent of every transaction to the token's overall liquidity, boosting the token supply's overall liquidity and helping to sustain the token's price floor. PancakeSwap is a decentralized exchange or DEX that allows users to exchange BEP-20 tokens. When a large number of tokens are sold at once, this method reduces the price impact.
Users can also take part in the Moon Lottery through the Moonshot platform. For the risk-takers, this is a verifiable, fair, and cryptographically secure lottery. Tickets for this lottery may be purchased with BNB, with a modest charge removed and collected for a gift to a community-selected charity. Binance Coin (BNB) is a cryptocurrency utilized on the Binance cryptocurrency exchange to trade and pay fees.
