What is Alchemist (MIST)?

Alchemist (MIST) is a decentralized yield aggregation and yield-bearing ERC-721 NFT ecosystem. This community-run platform develops new projects by funding, incubating, and supporting small agile teams to create products that solve challenges.

Some of the projects launched by Alchemist are:

• Copper- an open-source platform for token launches

• Crucible- users can participate in multiple reward programs and can easily transfer them

• Sandwiched- check whether coders have run the DEX trades

• MistX- users can trade uniswap and sushiswap pools without risks The Alchemist fractal defines the structure of Alchemist ecosystem. The Fractal has various goals, such as increasing the value of liquidity suppliers by increasing their payouts, offering users funding, education, support, and distribution, allowing for permissionless/socially-scaled growth, and more. In simple terms, the Alchemist Fractal finances projects that provide value to the Alchemist environment.

Various Alchemists share diversified duties for different aspects of the project within the Fractal. Senior Alchemists make up the Alchemist Council to decrease inefficiencies caused by collective MIST holder voting events and speed up decision-making. Seniors are chosen from the Builder, Apprentice, and Chaos Lab's pools, as well as the greater crypto ecosystem. This council has the authority to decide on the following aspects by a majority vote:

• Choosing how to use fractal revenue.

• Funding new projects and monitoring their progress.

• Reducing the centralized role that is responsible for Alchemist's success.

• Making the ecosystem more stable. MIST is an ERC-20 token of the Alchemist platform. In a liquidity pool, a user can give liquidity for MIST alongside an equal amount of Ether (ETH). A user gets Liquidity Pool tokens (LP) in return, which reflect their stake in the pool. When the participants use the pool, they utilize these LP tokens to withdraw their MIST and ETH from the pool. The total supply of the MIST token started with one million but raised by 1 percent every two weeks.

Alchemist consists of the following four projects:

• Crucible: This ERC-721 NFT is used as a smart wallet for other ERC-20 tokens and kept in an Ethereum wallet.

• Copper: A framework for participation in Balancer Liquidity Bootstrapping Pools that is open, transparent, and user-friendly.

• Mistx: MistX Labs is a DeFi app development team under the Alchemist group

• Sandwiched: Sandwiched.wtf is a website that shows users how much money MEV traders and bots have made by sandwiching their trades. Sandwich happens when countless bots are checking up on users' DEX deals, ready to attack and front-run if they get the opportunity to profit.
