Liti Capital (WLITI) is an investment company that drives litigation finance by utilizing blockchain-based solutions, investigative capabilities, and artificial intelligence to provide unique values to its investors. According to its whitepaper, blockchain has recently been the target of fraud and various scams where cryptocurrency developers or promoters run away with the investor’s funds. Liti Capital seeks to find the solution to this problem and utilizes its unique expertise in litigation finance to assist its community members in recovering the money they have lost from crypto scam projects. The term litigation finance denotes the provision of funds by a third party. In return, the fund provider receives a portion of what the plaintiff recovers. Further, this platform aims to assign 5 percent to 10 percent of its yearly investment budget for the investigations and legal proceedings against crypto scams.

Liti Capital network utilizes two types of tokens, the LITI and WLITI tokens. LITI is an equity token that is a share of stock in Liti Capital. In contrast, WLITI is a wrapped token for swaps and other non-KYC trades. Wrapped tokens are the crypto tokens backed or attached to the value of another crypto.
