Convert Wrapped ADA (Universal) UADA to Mantle Restaked Ether CMETH

Wrapped ADA (Universal) is a tokenized implementation of Cardano (ADA) that can be traded on multiple blockchains including Polygon, Arbitrum, and Base. Universal ADA (uADA) is fully collateralized by the underlying Cardano (ADA) tokens with reserves held 1:1 with Coinbase Prime. uADA is an ERC20 token built to enable uADA to be composed in DeFi applications including swapping, lending, and more.
