Stargate is a native asset bridge built on LayerZero that enables cross-chain liquidity transfers. STG holders can stake their tokens to receive veSTG, the unit of Stargate governance voting power. A user’s veSTG balance decays linearly as the remaining time until the staked or locked STG unlock decreases. One-sixth of non-STG transaction fees (1 bps) are also allocated to veSTG holders.
