Convert Subsquid SQD to Mantle Restaked Ether CMETH

SQD is the native token of the Subsquid (SQD) Network ecosystem. SQD can be used to reward network node operators, enable the permissionless selection of trustworthy operators, increase data consumption limits for users, and participate in network governance.
