Convert Inspect INSP to Optimism OP

Inspect is a Layer 2 protocol stack for the Bittensor ecosystem, focused on enabling scalable financial infrastructure for decentralized AI. It introduces a suite of DeFi-native products, including staking, leverage, stablecoin liquidity, and mining, to support users and agents interacting with TAO. Inspect connects capital, AI, and users through interoperable smart contracts and tokenized coordination mechanisms, making it a key enabler of real-world economic activity in decentralized intelligence networks. By embedding financial primitives directly into AI subnets, Inspect transforms TAO into a yield-bearing asset across multiple layers of economic coordination.

Optimism is a network of chains called the Superchain, built on the open-source OP Stack.
