The platform features an off-chain order matching engine with on-chain settlement, enabling high-speed, low-latency trading across a wide range of crypto assets.  Due to a ticker collision, Coinbase will use the ticker "EDGEX" for this asset instead of its on-chain or MiCA whitepaper designation "EDGE".
