What Is The Midas Touch Gold (TMTG)?

The Midas Touch Gold is a project that aims to create an effective ecosystem using decentralized blockchain technology that provides value to the users. The platform is also focusing on building an ecosystem that exchanges cryptocurrency with traditional currency and other goods instead of decentralizing technology. 

The biggest problem facing cryptocurrency participants is the lack of having an ecosystem or practical use of tokens that fully utilizes cryptocurrency. Numerous blockchain projects focus on technology decentralization, speed, etc., rather than building an ecosystem that creates significant value. This ultimately exposes the current limitations faced by blockchain-based cryptocurrencies. 

The project aims to create a digital trading ecosystem where real tangible assets, such as gold, can be easily traded with virtual currency in a digital environment. The project is based on three main elements:

• TMTG: TMTG token is the native token of the project whose concept is based on King Midas from Greek mythology. The TMTG Coin is used to maintain and activate the DGE (Digital Gold Exchange) platform, built as part of the TMTG project. This token is not linked to any tangible assets, including gold, but only works as a means to purchase different cryptocurrencies on the DGE platform. 

• MDG: The MDG token is traded on the DGE platform, where one MDG token is pegged to 1g of gold. This makes MDG a representative of actual gold and results in the token's price being determined based on the price of gold. The token can be purchased on the DGE platform using the TMTG tokens.A currency peg is a policy in which a national government fixes the exchange rate of its currency with a foreign currency or a basket of currencies.

• Digital Gold Exchange: Digital Gold Exchange is an online exchange where TMTG tokens are used to buy MDG tokens exchanged for real gold. DGE can be accessed from anywhere globally through its online network to trade or convert digital gold into real gold. DGE plays a crucial role in the ecosystem built under the project. The platform also is designed to exchange MTG tokens and other secure virtual currencies for tangible goods.
