Convert Walrus WAL to fanC FANC

Walrus is a decentralized storage and data availability protocol built on the Sui blockchain that transforms large-scale data into programmable and verifiable assets. The WAL token is utilized for storage service payments, staking by node operators to secure the network, and participating in protocol governance.
