Convert Solar SXP to Ternoa CAPS

Solar is a Layer 1 blockchain network secured by 53 Block Producers through Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) consensus, with SXP as its native utility coin. In response to these needs, Capsule Corp. is developing the Ternoa Blockchain.
