Convert Galxe GAL to Mantle Restaked Ether CMETH

The GAL token has been migrated to G to support Galxe’s shift towards a more scalable and efficient ecosystem, including the introduction of its Layer 1 chain, Gravity. GAL is an Ethereum-based ERC-20 token that powers Galxe’s credential data network.
