Convert The Everlasting Parachain ELP to Mantle Restaked Ether CMETH

The Cycan Network (CYN) is a decentralized cross-chain asset management platform that provides users with convenient asset management tools and diverse investment strategies to achieve value growth for their digital asset portfolios.
