Convert Mantle Restaked Ether CMETH to Decred DCR

Deployed on Ethereum layer 1 (L1) and governed by Mantle, mETH Protocol has, since late 2023, been providing users with access to $mETH, a value-accumulating receipt token that is highly composable across a range of DeFi applications on Mantle Network L2, offering exposure to additional yield-bearing opportunities. Decred is a cryptocurrency that combines two consensus models: proof of work and proof of stake. When new blocks are mined, 60% of the block reward goes to proof of work miners, 30% to proof of stake voters, and 10% to fund development of the protocol. Stakeholders may also vote on changes to the protocol itself.
