Unsolicited Ideas Policy

We at Coinbase (referred to here as “we”, “us” or “our”) value those who explore our Services (“Users”) and Users who sign up for and access our Services (“Customers”) (together referred throughout this policy as “you” and “your”). Coinbase recognizes that you may have comments or input regarding our products and services. Our company policy does not allow employees to accept any unrequested information related to: (1) ideas or suggestions related to new products, product enhancements, strategies, processes, or partnerships, or (2) content like advertising campaigns, art, or any other type work, all of which we refer to as “submissions.”

This policy is meant to avoid any misunderstanding that may arise when projects developed at Coinbase may seem similar to a submission. Please do not send us a submission if we have not asked for it.

If for some reason you send us a submission, you agree that Coinbase is under no obligation to review your submission or keep your submission confidential. You also agree that, without any compensation to you, Coinbase will own the submission and can use the submission for any purpose and in any way on an unrestricted basis.
