MINUTE ORDER. The Court has received the parties' 30 Joint Status Report. The Court DENIES Defendant's request to hold this case in abeyance and ORDERS Defendant to comply with the April 11 deadline. The Court has already given the SEC plenty of extensions, including a three-week extension of the initial deadline in January. And even when the SEC finally complied, it produced only eight documents. Given this, should SEC fail to comply with the April 11 deadline, the Court will enter a show cause order on sanctions.
