(CFM) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Coinbase Global, Inc. and is registered as a Futures Commission Merchant ("FCM") with the National Futures Association ("NFA") to facilitate the trading of listed derivatives contracts on designated contract markets on behalf of its retail customers.
