Convert LayerZero ZRO to Mantle Restaked Ether CMETH

LayerZero is an interoperability protocol that enables blockchains to communicate or send state data between each other. The protocol is designed to be immutable, censorship-resistant, and permissionless. ZRO is the utility and governance token for the LayerZero protocol.
