Convert Maple Finance SYRUP to Auki AUKI

Maple Finance was founded in 2019 and launched its protocol in 2021. It is an overcollateralised onchain asset management platform offering institutional lending and permissionless yield products. Since launch, Maple has originated over $20 billion in loans.
