Token prices are derived from the net asset value of the underlying fund, published on-chain via oracle updates, and the tokens accrue the fund's return through price appreciation rather than rebasing.  Because deRWA tokens use a freely transferable transfer hook, they can be held, transferred, and bridged across supported networks without whitelisting, and can be used in DeFi applications such as lending markets, decentralized exchanges, savings products, and rate-based trading strategies. Subscription is open to non-US persons not subject to sanctions; redemption at NAV directly with the issuer requires full KYC and sanctions screening, while other holders can exit through secondary markets.
