Als de ‘’Product Manager’’ voor Coinbase in Nederland neem jij de leiding over de product- en engineering functies in de lokale markt. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn gericht op het groeien van het Nederlandse klantenbestand en het verfijnen van de Coinbase-ervaring, waarbij je zorgt voor product market fit. Deze positie vereist nauwe samenwerking met cross-functionele teams, waaronder Engineering, Design, Marketing en Customer Support en de Country Director van Nederland.
Wat je zult doen:
- Verantwoordelijk voor de productontwikkeling, van concept tot lancering
- Nauwe samenwerken met engineering, design en andere teams om de lokale product roadmap te ontwikkelen en aan te sturen
- Het definiëren en analyseren van metrics om de productontwikkeling te begeleiden
- Teams afstemmen op een gedeelde visie en de uitvoering van die visie aan te sturen
- Voortgang op initiatieven te communiceren naar cross-functionele partners en leidinggevende zoals de Country Director van Nederland
Wat we in jou zoeken:
- Meer dan 5 jaar ervaring in product management met ervaring in het aansturen van groei initiatieven .
- Uitzonderlijke interpersoonlijke communicatie, relatiebeheer en organisatorische vaardigheden
- Gestructureerde analytische ‘’problem solver’’
- Zowel strategisch als tactisch kunnen denken. Je hebt een sterk intellect, een brede kijk en het zelfvertrouwen om samen te werken met senior leiders in verschillende disciplines
- Bewezen passie voor cryptocurrency, financiële markten en de missie van Coinbase
- Zelfstarter met een ondernemende mentaliteit die in staat is om succesvol te zijn in een snel veranderende omgeving
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en engels en gevestigd in Nederland
Niet vereist, wel handig:
- Management ervaring of ervaring in een strategische en operationele functie bij snelgroeiende start-ups, technologie of in de financiële sector
- Ervaring met werken in de crypto-industrie (deskundigheid is geen vereiste, maar bereidheid om te leren en enthousiasme zijn essentieel)
- Vloeiend in een tweede (niet-Engelse) veel gesproken Europese taal
