We’ve added a simpler way for processing refunds on Coinbase. If you’ve used our merchant tools to accept bitcoin as payment for goods or services, sending a refund is now only a couple clicks away.
Previously, sending a refund required creating a new transaction back to the customer in a way that was unrelated to the original order. The new refund button simplifies the refund process and record keeping.
