What Is GALA Token (GALA)?

The GALA token is the Gala Games ecosystem's digital utility token. The token is cryptographically secured and native to the Gala Games ecosystem. GALA can be transferred peer-to-peer between users, and they have complete control over how to use it. Thus, the GALA token fuels the Gala Games ecosystem.

The participants in the Gala Games ecosystem use GALA as a non-refundable utility token and a medium of exchange. How to Earn Gala

Founder’s nodes get GALA rewards by supporting the ecosystem that enables games to run. The first game built for the Gala Games ecosystem, Town Star, has a reward structure where the top players are rewarded in GALA tokens. 

Daily, GALA is distributed to founder’s nodes that have served for at least the required time each cycle. So, it helps in the functioning of Gala Games as a truly decentralized gaming network. A halving mechanism is added to the distribution, which is done through voting. Halving is simply reducing the reward coins with time or number of blocks.
