Community members can contribute structured annotations by confirming, challenging, extending, or tagging findings, creating an open and continuously improving peptide knowledge base. The platform operates on Solana and uses the $PEPTOMA token for analysis access, staking tiers, contributor rewards, and governance participation. Smart contract logic is built using the Anchor framework, with token activity supporting platform usage rather than passive speculation. PEPTOMA is designed as infrastructure for open peptide research, aiming to reduce barriers to early-stage sequence analysis and make scientific contribution more accessible outside traditional institutional environments.
