SuperChin Token (SPCT) is an ERC-20 utility token built on the Ethereum blockchain, developed by ICB Current Assets Digital Co., Ltd., a venture of ICB&G Group Asset Management Company Limited. Launched in Q1 2026 by a team based in Thailand, SPCT is designed exclusively for use within ICB's regulated financial ecosystem.
ICB&G Group was established on December 26, 1996, and operates under a Ministry of Finance license in Thailand. The company manages over 90 billion THB in assets and specializes in non-performing loan (NPL) management, debt restructuring, and bank guarantee services. In January 2026, the Thai Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission approved ICB's establishment of a consumer finance company.
SPCT has a fixed total supply of 2,000,000,000 tokens with 4 decimals. The token serves three primary functions within ICB's regulated framework: debt settlement and NPL management, bank guarantee (BG) issuance collateral, and Proof-of-Stake (PoS) validation of financial transactions. Users can transfer SPCT via the SuperChin Wallet to trigger verified debt clearance workflows, stake tokens as collateral for ICB-issued bank guarantees, or participate in permissioned transaction validation.
SPCT is not a security, equity, or investment instrument. It confers no rights to profits, dividends, or ownership in ICB&G Group or any affiliate. The token operates on a self-funded development model with no external capital raised and no public token sale. All proceeds from token distribution are recorded as Deferred Revenue under Thai accounting standards and recognized only when SPCT is used for its intended utility services.
The token is compatible with Ethereum wallets including MetaMask and Trust Wallet. ICB submitted SPCT to Trust Wallet's official token registry in Q1 2026. The SuperChin Wallet serves as the official interface for managing SPCT tokens, staking, and accessing ICB's financial services, designed in accordance with Thai regulatory expectations for digital financial services.
Token distribution follows a phased utility access model: 20% allocated for Early Adopter Access (Q1-Q2 2026) for fintech partners and validators, 40% for Public Utility Access (Q4 2026 onward) for KYC-verified users, 20% for Founders and Core Team (subject to 36-month vesting), 10% for Operational Reserve, 5% for Advisors, and 5% for Ecosystem Development. All tokens are locked in audited smart contracts with milestone-based release schedules.
The project focuses on integrating blockchain technology into existing licensed financial workflows to ensure transparency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance within Thailand's digital finance ecosystem.
