The FABRIC token is native to the platform. The platform's token flow is claimed to be effortless. Users pay by using ETH and different currencies for messaging others that need a fee. Most of the cost is converted to FABRIC tokens on exchanges, and most of it goes to the message recipient while a portion is subtracted to the developers’ fund. A small part of the FABRIC is burned, making the token deflationary.

In the roadmap of MetaFabric, the platform provided unique Metaverse IDs to the traders in December 2021. In January 2022, 200 million tokens were distributed to draw fresh traders to the platform.
