According to its whitepaper, NULS aims to provide fluid, cost-effective, time-saving solutions for developers even with minimum blockchain experience.

NULS offers a new blockchain that solves the needs of a wide range of businesses and easily handles development improvements without threatening the underlying protocol. The platform abstracts the developers from working on complex concepts such as cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and storage methods. Hence, developers remain focused on their skillset. Furthermore, NULS aims to be an eco-friendly technology, time-tested 3rd gen blockchain, and cost saver.
