WOO Network was incubated in 2019 by Kronos Research, a multi-strategy trading firm with a focus on market making, arbitrage, CTA, and high-frequency trading. The network launched on October 30, 2020, with 3 billion WOO tokens created at genesis. The tokens were distributed through private and public sales, team allocation, advisor allocation, and ecosystem support.
