EdgeX is a decentralized perpetual futures exchange that combines the speed and performance of centralized exchanges with the transparency and self-custody of DeFi. Due to a ticker collision, Coinbase will use the ticker "EDGEX" for this asset instead of its on-chain or MiCA whitepaper designation "EDGE".
