The platform aims to provide a universal solution by introducing a digital currency Tron Classic (TRXC), that can be moved across borders quickly and converted without any transaction fees.

The regular currencies are controlled and managed by the central authorities. The supply is not fixed for these currencies, causing inflation and devaluation of the current circulating supply. Also, users do not have a method to move the regular currencies outside their own countries, and the available solutions come at a high cost.

The Tron Classic protocol is established on the Ethereum blockchain and executes a Lumens innovative technology that makes it simple and easy to move assets and resources around the globe. TRXC is the native token of the Tron Classic platform, which is an ERC20 token, adaptable and well disposed to enable online payments. TRXC is purely a decentralized token controlled by the stakeholders only. TRXC tokens are stored in the Trust wallet, which provides various features to increase engagement among users and enhanced security with two-step authentication and multi-sig protection.

Tron Classic team comprises people combining a passion for esports, finance, and blockchain industry with expertise in development, marketing, and licensing operations. Raghav Sawhney is the CTO and advisor with Tron Classic, and the project was launched in 2018.
