Onchain Summer is a yearly event by Coinbase with one simple goal: bringing together builders and creators to create onchain experiences, trade crypto, collect NFTs, and make crypto more accessible and useful than ever. Starting in June and running through the end of August, Onchain Summer will offer fun and meaningful onchain activities every day. Building on last year’s event, which showcased 75 NFT collections and saw over 700,000 NFT mints, this year's Onchain Summer aims to get even more people involved, allowing participants to earn points by minting their favorite drops, redeem prizes, and buy onchain merch. This multi-month celebration is building a bridge to the onchain economy, making it easy and fast for experts and beginners to go onchain.
