Convert Parcl PRCL to Modulr EMDR

Parcl is a perpetuals exchange designed for real estate synthetics. PRCL acts as the governance token for the Parcl Protocol. PRCL can also be used to access institutional quality real estate data via an API powered by Parcl Labs.
