Convert Hummingbot Governance Token HBOT to Mantle Restaked Ether CMETH

The Hummingbot Governance Token (HBOT) is a standard ERC-20 Ethereum token that lets holders to decide how the Hummingbot codebase changes and to govern the Hummingbot Foundation.
