Convert ZENKOKU CDB to Kaio KAIO

We are building ZENKOKU ($CDB) — a utility-focused token project on Solana that integrates blockchain with Japan’s national-scale corporate data and financial infrastructure. All $CDB transactions will be recorded on Solana, bringing transparency and accountability. Additionally, we are developing a token burn and reward mechanism that redistributes value to long-term holders and incentivizes real business use. KAIO is the governance token of the KAIO protocol (formerly Libre Capital), an institutional-grade Web3 infrastructure built for the compliant tokenization, distribution, and lifecycle management of real-world assets (RWAs) — including money market, hedge fund, and private credit strategies. KAIO holders steer the KAIO Foundation's treasury, ecosystem incentives, and the direction of the cross-chain RWA infrastructure.
