Convert Gemlink GLINK to Civic CVC

Gemlink is a privacy-focused cryptocurrency designed to support secure and confidential blockchain transactions. The network uses zero-knowledge proof technology derived from the Zcash ecosystem, allowing transaction information to be protected when privacy features are used.
