The Senior Product Manager for Performance Marketing will help 10x new user growth through performance marketing channels, by leveraging technology to operate at scale. The Senior Product Manager will transform the organization by building the right marketing technology stack, and define the operating model to drive data driven campaign optimization at scale. This person will also work closely with the performance marketing team, data team, and engineering teams to identify key areas of investment to develop a roadmap. This role is global in scope and covers all Coinbase products. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop strategy in partnership with marketing, engineering and data leads
  • Own business growth goals for performance marketing driven new user growth
  • Lead cross-functional team to develop and steer product roadmap to transform performance marketing
  • Set up internal tools and processes to launch performance marketing at scale for international expansion
  • Continually adapting measurement infrastructure and methodology for new signals and marketing impact

What we look for in you:

  • 5-10 years of growth experience in performance marketing space, with demonstrated impact leveraging technology to operate at scale
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
  • Deep analytical, prioritization and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
