What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • Work with the Listings, Custody, and retail teams to identify new client opportunities
  • Structure, negotiate, and execute agreements for asset distribution and education services
  • Conduct presentations and product demos over the web and in person
  • Communicate and align with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Synthesize product feedback from clients to help inform product roadmap
  • Work with product leaders to explore new opportunities within Earn specifically and across asset issuer relationships more broadly

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  • 3-5 years of business development or enterprise sales experience in crypto/blockchain or fintech with a track record of negotiating and closing deals with values of $1-10m+
  • Creative dealmaking and commercial opportunity identification
  • Strong verbal communication: you can break down complex subjects into simple, logical language
  • Experience working cross functionally with product, engineering, finance, production, and data
  • Ability to ask insightful questions, clearly articulate business value, manage expectations, and quickly gain agreement

Nice to haves:

  • Demonstrated interest or experience in digital assets and community growth
  • Experience with advertising budget deals
