Join Coinbase’s STP team as an Institutional Sales Associate dedicated to our Bison Trails business. We are looking for an exceptionalI Institutional Sales Associate to join our highly-skilled and passionate team. 


The ideal candidate will support our top-of-the-funnel pipeline development and ongoing sales efforts. In addition they will be heavily involved in the refinement and establishment of processes and utilize the latest tools to support our business’s evolving needs. 


What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • Contact and prospect potential customers and partners through outbound sales efforts and campaigns
  • Qualify inbound and outbound sales prospects
  • Serve as the first point of contact and ongoing relationship manager for key customers
  • Identifying opportunities for back-and cross-selling efforts across key products 
  • Own and manage the company’s use of CRM to ensure the system is up to date and that all relevant company stakeholders are utilizing it efficiently.
  • Work with the product team to identify and prioritize customer feedback and inform the product roadmap.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  • 2-4 years experience in client-facing roles including sales, business development, banking or consulting.
  • Demonstrated track record of working with cross-functional stakeholders 
  • Ability to act independently and proactively in an effort to source and progress new business.
  • Demonstrated experience with problem-solving and working with limited oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of the crypto/blockchain industry.
  • B2B SaaS and/or infrastructure sales experience 
  • MBA or equivalent industry experience.
  • Modelling experience of network dynamics and economics
