Payment Support Analyst - Remote (UK) (6-month contract)

Coinbase acts as a bridge between finance 1.0 and finance 2.0 and has helped customers move over $20B over this bridge across 32 countries. Payments Operations is a critical functional which enables our customers to move billions of dollars a year in and out of digital currency flawlessly. In this role you will responsible for the daily operational support for payments as well as leading research inquiries for payment related support cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer outreach via our customer relationship management system
  • Monitor payment support queues, inboxes, and social channels to triage support cases
  • Collaborate with customer support and payments engineering to investigate and resolve potential payment issues
  • Provide internal support to payment SMEs regarding payment cases and externally assist with responding to banking partner or customer payment support inquiries
  • Identify areas for payment automation and efficient improvements and work cross functionally to design new processes

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for solving problems and designing scalable systems
  • Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
  • At least a Bachelor's degree

Nice to have:

  • 1-3 years experience in payment support, operations or data analytics
  • Passion for digital currencies
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company
