  • Provide direct onboarding, technical, and operational support to a portfolio of GDAX Premier customers via client-preferred channels
  • Liaise with Customer Success to ensure expedient financial operations for Premier GDAX clients
  • Coordinate with the GDAX Customer Success team to provide proactive support and long-term relationship management
  • When necessary, travel to meet with clients in-person



  • Mastery of empathetic and professional correspondence with high value customers and institutions
  • 3+ years of expertise in customer service and strategic client relationship management in the financial industry
  • Functional knowledge and ability to educate clients on electronic trading, exchange fundamentals, and digital currencies
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to assist clients during evenings and weekends via the client’s preferred channels
