As a Customer Success Manager for GDAX, you will have the opportunity to shape what Success means for the future of finance. You will provide responsive technical and operational support to VIP customers on GDAX. Using direct outreach, data analysis, and customer narratives, your input will help shape the ideal GDAX experience for millions of users across the globe. You will reach out to our customers to help them get the most out of the product and relay their feedback to the product team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and operational support to GDAX VIP customers using the client's preferred channels
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and expedient financial operations
  • Collaborate with product engineering to identifying bugs and deliver customer feedback
  • Contribute to project-based work requiring product-centered thinking, strategic analysis, and cross-team collaboration

Requirements

  • Mastery of empathetic and professional correspondence with high value customers and institutions
  • A succinct communication style and action-oriented approach to problem solving
  • An ability to tactfully advocate for GDAX customers to internal teams
  • An understanding of and ability to clearly explain exchange features such as advanced order types and margin
  • Experience performing front lines support for a rapidly growing technology or payments company
  • Willingness to assist clients during evenings and weekends via the client’s preferred channels
