Participation is limited to individuals who are (i) at least 18 years old at the time of participation, (ii) legal residents of the United States (excluding Hawaii), Canada (excluding Quebec), Ireland, United Kingdom, India and Germany, and (iii) who have, or create prior to participation, a Coinbase Wallet address and Coinbase account. The participation period is outlined above. Coinbase reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the challenge if it can't be executed as planned for any reason including, but not limited to fraud, human error, technical failures, or any other factor that impairs the integrity or proper functioning. All participants who successfully complete the participation tasks will receive one (1) NFT from Coinbase. The top three (3) participants as determined by the score received against the Evaluation Criteria and in Coinbase’s sole discretion, will receive the following: first place will receive two thousand dollars ($2,000) in ETH deposited in their Coinbase account; second place will receive one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) in ETH deposited in their Coinbase account; and, third place will receive one thousand dollars ($1,000) in ETH deposited in their Coinbase account. All NFT and ETH rewards will be deposited in approximately six (6) weeks from the end of the participation period. The value of ETH is subject to change and may lose value. Nothing in these terms will impair Coinbase’s rights to develop, acquire, license, market, promote, sell, or distribute products, technologies, or services that compete with submissions and/or perform the same or similar functions as submissions. Your participation, including all disputes arising from or related to participation in this Challenge, are subject to the applicable Coinbase User Agreement and Privacy Policy based on your country of residence; in the event of any conflict between the Coinbase User Agreement and the Coinbase Wallet Terms of Service , the Coinbase User Agreement shall prevail.
