Shop Lord & Taylor and Other Major Retailers Using Bitcoin Through Pounce

We’re excited to announce our newest merchant integration with Pounce, a one-tap shopping app that delivers a seamless mobile shopping experience with retailers such as Lord & Taylor, Best Buy, Toys “R” Us and others.

And starting now, the team at Pounce is enabling consumers to complete purchases with Lord & Taylor and other major retailers with bitcoin from their Coinbase wallets.

Pounce announced a partnership with Lord & Taylor in January, designed to allow shoppers to purchase merchandise seen in print, instantly through their phones. And thanks to our integration, those customers will be able to make their purchases in bitcoin.

We’re thrilled to welcome the team at Pounce to the Coinbase family of merchants and believe that the ability for shoppers to buy with bitcoin across such an impressive lineup of major retailers is yet another step toward helping bitcoin become more mainstream.
